[Slugnet] Lists of preferred mirrors (wiki)

Hi guys,
Shall we work together on a list or preferred mirrors for each
distros? What do you say of creating something like this in the wiki?
Something like http://opensource.nus.edu.sg/wiki/index.php/Linux_mirror
but listing preferred mirrors for each distros instead of just listing
the mirrors.

I have added a wiki page in slug wiki:

(Pardon me if I post the wiki in a wrong format; I've read the
guidelines and tried my best to post it as correctly as possible.)
