[Slugnet] How to find where the config file for an app?

Hi,

Using a Highpoint raid card on Gentoo. The driver works and the drive 
can be mounted.

The web admin server is not working. Could not get much information on 
Google.

Trying to see how the app works and see if I have missed out some 
library or the config file is in the wrong place.

How to find the libraries used or the location of the config file?
