This initiative is organized by Mozilla HQ in Mountain View, California
(not just in Taiwan), Seth Bindernagel (Mozilla community manager) and
Rishi Mallik (summer intern of Mozilla) are the key organizers. They are
organizing/formalizing the Mozilla community and reach out to new
members in other parts of the world.
